A perfect day

..to sit inside. =]

I like this cold weather, but I wouldn't mind if it weren't raining. I just finished my lunch and I'm trying to decide whether or not I should go to my history class.... =/. Alas. Nay. Maybe...not.

This verse on the picture is very special to me as it is one of my life verses along with 2 Corinthians 4:16-18. And it's doubly special because as I was doing this particular devotion , it was at my dorm my freshman year and I was homesick because it was my first time being away from home. When I returned on the weekend, my mom and I shared our devotions because we used to do our morning devotions together until school started. It was amazing because for that same day, we picked the same verse! Out of all the other verses we could have picked for that day! I was so happy because we were 60 miles apart and the Lord spoke the same verse into our hearts to read and write about.....so that's why this verse is special to me. =]. Just thought I'd share.
OH man, in my life drawing class, we're doing a project that practically lets us do whatever we want......as long as we include any sort of depiction of a skeletal section of the human body, a part of it that is muscle and another part that is skin........I was having a hard time because I kept trying to make a realistic one and my teacher was telling me that I can use whatever style I feel more comfortable in.....SO I came up with something....and it is pretty carazy. Well, maybe not carazy, but it's interesting because I don't usually do anything like that..........but if anyone is interested to see, let me know! =] I work on some of my inked drawings in class and I color them with my promarkers and a some people, including my teacher always ask if I'm an animation major.....and I say "no, I'm doing graphic design"......but I keep getting mistaken a lot of times....maybe it's a sign! Nah. I love graphic design =] and I draw as a hobby. I wish I could just magically get money every time I finish a drawing....*sigh*...but that won't happen. Honestly...I would be happy working as a graphic designer primarily for church designs instead of outside church designs.....but I don't know how many of those exist around here.........it would be awesome though......maybe one day. Oh yeah! this sunday, national geographic is showing a cool documentary about blue whales and how the people are trying to find them and study them........MAN O MAN would I LOVE to see a blue whale close up!! Those things are HUMONGOUS and are probably the closest things in size to seeing a dinosaur! Maybe for my birthday, I can go on a boat and look for one...and then I'll find a whole pod family and they'll sing me a song in their whale-ish language.................................................................that would balance out the awfulness of daylight savings on that day.

OKAY! Well, I'm going to finish drinking my honey green tea.....and work on stuff on illustrator...
