the unfortunate commonality

Sometimes words don't even have to explain what someone is thinking,
but just a certain expression can say it all and even I can find myself doing the same.

I wonder about it.
Definitely should pray about it.

I had a feeling this summer was going to be very different from the last....but I guess we'll just have to see.

I don't have a lot of close friends....but I praise God very much for the ones He has blessed me with. It makes me wish so much more that my brother was back home again so I could talk to him too...but that won't be happening too soon... =/.

Anyway...

Praise God for these past nights and Revo. The message was awesome and it was cool meeting new people and reclaiming my championship for a contest I accidentally created. Dude. Playing Muse songs with Jomar and Christian was totally awesome too! =] Time to recordificate!

today I:
- went to my first and last student venture at the warmest of springs
- ate at asia seafood buffet
- helped KH out
- actually got to jam after a long absence
- practiced for revo, which was a blessing, praise the Lord
- ate at denny's with two awesome people and had much to talk about haha
- quietly went home.

it's funny that we'll never run out of things to talk about haha...but whatever THAT is, it's always going to be a cool time of goodness and great.

The Mathematics of Change

I learned that within a group of numbers, there is one that if you take away, it will make the group positive. Not doing so will result in a negative group of numbers and causes a whole unbalance to the equation.

So yes, there is the equation of change and that's why I hate math.

Tomorrow I think I'm helping my Mom plant flowers early in the morning...
ALSO, I watched 4 hours worth of Planet Earth today....[each episode was 1 hour] and MAN, it's so AWESOME. I love that show, minus the many commercial breaks in between. I also had my favorite ulam for lunch and dinner......but I couldn't enjoy it like I normally would because all of my teeth hurt.....o well...it was yummy.

Yay, I'm going to the beach and I have a VERY prioritive list to do slash accomplish:

1. Football
2. Splash and wade in the water
3. Not to drown.

But ALAS.ka, I'm riding with the bugarins and they're leaving at NOON. Man. It's my only way to get there though, so o well. It's be cool. I'm beaching after my ortho appointment too, it's a treat! Huzzar!

Today at work I signed a paper about "Employee Layoff"........it sounded scary, but it just means that if I'm absent for a long period of time [in this case, 3 months], then I sign and I still get my job back when I return to school! Double huzzar!

SO today I got LAID OFF.

It's all-right. Oh yeah...I read that Muse's 5th album is titled "The Resistance"...sounds cool...and it sounds like it can be turned into a movie about humans and robots fighting each other??????? =P I can't wait!

Okay time to shleep.....I have an appointment at 8oclock

That's from my history book, which I am currently reading. I have a long way to go....

After nearly four semesters of living in the dorms, I JUST recently utilized the computer lab here, where I can print documents for FREEEEEEEE! Man. I've written a lot of papers ever since I started college and I could have saved my own ink from my printer OR saved money by not using the campus computers. O well, I learned a lesson today: 1. Take advantage of the dorms and get my money's worth! 2. Never slack off on papers for class. Ever. 3.Pick a better history professor next time.

And so, I only have 2 finals to do.....and a day of work and I can finally be off on vacation =].

Distractionosity galore

My final is at Noon today and I've been in and out of studying the whole morning....the good thing is that it's for art history and it's easier for me to study for it. Regular history, however, seems to go right through my head and I don't retain any of the info =/. But, whatever the outcome, I'm going to just haul through and do those papers due tomorrow.

Speaking of history, I have a yummy Mrs. Fields chocolate chip cookie!

This Summer

Alright, I need to spend my summer wisely...so I'm going to list some things I have to do!

-VBS [of course]
-Buy dvds of: season ofFive of the Offive, Star Trek
-Jog 3 times a week [you shouldn't do it more than 3 times...learned it in spin class]
-go to comic-con?
-Wash my brother's car
-Play on my drumset at home finally

• 3 Paramore songs
• Muse songs =] ALL OF THEMMMMMMMMMMMMMM!
• Fuel and The End of the Line [because listening to those songs I realized they are probably the easiest ones that I can actually attempt to learn haha]
• and misc of llaneous songs.

-Do some more graphic designing [not for work, but for fun, or for church maybe..]
-Learn some more songs on the uke and guitar
-Drawwwwwwwwwwww
-Go to the zoo or museum or beach. THE GETTY VILLA is awesome. oh road trip, how you were fun.

Yeah...those are some things...I have to accomplish! And I'm still trying to get over that episode of the Office! AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH

Might as well be a duck.

I've seen a lot of ducks at our campus recently...lone ducks, coupled ducks, bachelor ducks, etc., and I was thinking...our school mascot should be a duck. I mean, you don't see any elephants around here....and ducks are a lot cooler.

I'm supposed to be writing my history paper...but I find ways to distract myself like:

-Playing the Nintendo DS
-Watching the Office
-Doing a combination of said items listed above
-Watching the H.A.A.R.P DVD and awe-ing at it.
-Blogspotting and/or Bookfacing

Man...I don't think I'll have any time over the weekend to work on the paper or even study.....aghh. Must.......finish....................................

Strange.

I'm going to be a jerk and say that I had the strangest dream this morning....and not say anything more about it.

Anyway.

It's just a matter of time until I get to go home this weekend...I have a graduation to attend on Saturday and that's pretty much the only thing that day..

But...I still have to finish my paper before reaching the weekend.....because I have a bunch load of extra credit to do!

And yes, I know I've been mentioning star trek a lot in my bookface, but that movie is seriously the awesome...even for non-star trek fans! I'm glad my mom got to watch it because she was a fan of the old school one...I watched the Next Generation with my brother, but I knew the gist of the older story and characters.....................thanks Kuya, for making me a nerd. =P *schrute salute*

I have to sleep soon, but I wanted to make my fingers tap dance on my keyboard into this blog before hitting the stack of hay to sleep and wake up early. I had a great time today going to the PCN and hanging out with important people that specialize in being awesome. I can't wait until summer vacation because then [hopefully] we can do that more often! Huzzah!

This feels like.....

...pieces of driftwood on the vast ocean. They used to be one whole piece, but something caused them to break apart and drift away from each other.

Summer vacation is just two weeks away and I get to stay in Murrieta because I won't have a place to stay in Fullerton to work at Graphic Services [much to the displeasure of my boss and coworkers]. Anyway, I am both excited and anticipating summer and at the same time, I'm kind of discouraged and maybe even a little cautious. I dunno...I have my own little problems that are barely even problems, but just thoughts I guess. =/.

I gotta start planning and rounding up people to help with pre-VBS preparations and this years' will be three times as much as before, with our newly acquired suites and everything.......

I have an evil history paper to start...and chances of starting after posting this blog are pretty slim....but we'll see. =]

It feels like...

an obese person sitting on my chest while at the same time, I'm coughing my kidney out. =[. I don't know what it is....my mom says it could be my allergies. This is the first time I've had this before and I don't even have a cold or fever or flu or sore throat.

blah.

Anyway, today I spent a good part of the day hanging out with my mom and dad....first we ate at Farmer boys...Kohl's, and I had my eye appointment. We had to make a couple stops to white lime because I tried getting a gift card for my friends' birthday, but the temecula white lime wasn't doing cards at the moment because of "gift card provider" transitioning.......................................so we went to pinkberry instead. We also stopped by Bake n bits to get pandesal and other snacks..

Upon returning home, my parents went out again....and I took a nap. THEN I ate at sushi boat and white lime.

NOW I'm trying to start my 5 page history paper.............
